What This Position Is All About:

 

The Junior Vendor Services Analyst will be a valuable member of Hudson’s Bay Marketing Services (HBMS), B2B 360° marketing unit, empowering vendor partners and brands with data-driven marketing, bespoke branding, powerful performance solutions and creative expertise. The Trainee Vendor Services Analyst will support enablement efforts across client-facing teams, catalyze collaboration across teams, and propel progress to enable smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

      Support enablement efforts across client-facing teams, including:

o   Tracking and gathering marketing assets.

o   Providing post-campaign analysis and reporting.

      Ensure seamless collaboration and communication between business units and departments, proactively identifying and eliminating any silos or bottlenecks hindering teams/work streams.

      Connect and liaise with various internal stakeholders and partners across the organization to facilitate efficient workflow and foster strong working relationships.

      Collaborate with the Account Management and Revenue Operations (RevOps) teams to oversee revenue collection, including:

o   Documenting and tracking contracts.

o   Sharing invoices.

What You Will Need:

      Three-year degree or equivalent experience.

      Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.

      Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

      Ability to effectively manage and organize large sets of information.

      Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

      A proactive and can-do attitude with a curious mindset.

      Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

      Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships and work well in a team environment.

      Experience in dealing with North American clients and analytics is a plus.

      Familiarity with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Media Cloud) is a plus.
