What This Position Is All About:

The Team lead will work in cooperation with stakeholders & teams on a daily basis in order to assist with the day-to- day operations. In addition, they must manage a high potential team and create effective working relationships with internal employees and business partners and must work well with many different levels of management. This role provides administrative support to the Accounts payable teams as needed, including managing global stakeholders.

You also have:

  • 2-year post graduation (preferably MBA/PGDM) preferably in Finance and accounting.
  • 8-10 Years of AP functions experience preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong oral and written communication.

As the Team Lead , Accounts Payable you will:

  • Be hands on the process and expert when required.
  • Manage a high potential team – along with providing floor support, conducting quality audit etc.
  • Play a crucial role in talent management and career development of the team members.
  • Driving key process improvements and other new initiatives/projects for the team.
  • Administer all designated employee lifecycle events including associate initiated inquiries.
  • Lead the reporting for the team key metrices and present in different leadership meetings.
  • Respond to all related general email and phone inquiries.
  • Provide compliance reporting and follow up.
  • Partner effectively and closely with all NA Stakeholders and Vendors.
  • Uphold and be a role model of the Company’s Winning Ways and Core Values.

Other Preferences:

  • Ready to work in shifts (North America – 4PM to 1AM)
  • Ready to spend additional hours at work per business requirements.
  • Work Location: Bangalore.
